Tour Details

Take part in the European Christmas festive bustle in November-December and explore Central Europe’s two capital cities: Vienna and Budapest. “Advent” is a six week period before New Years’ Eve, which is characterised by colourful outdoor fairs.

The tour begins in the Austrian capital, Vienna, and ends in the Hungarian capital, cities that both have a charming atmosphere at this time of the year. The streets are beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and local vendors offer a huge range of souvenirs, Christmas gifts, local food and a lot more to the guests. After Vienna, we will go to the Austrian mountains (Alps) and visit the city of Semmering. Here we can go up to top of the mountain for the scenic view, sit in a local mountain restaurant. In the afternoon and evening we will have a lot of fun and laughter, when we try out the region’s longest, unique, 3 km long, lightened night sledge course. Than in the city of Hévíz, you can enjoy Hungary’s favourite spas, the natural hot water lake, and in a traditional vine cellar we can also get a feel of the winery traditions along with a folklore dinner. At Budapest, the last stop, we have endless possibilities for shopping and sightseeing, before returning home.
